Hi, I'm Chef Bobby Brown. My journey started young — watching my mother cook, then working my way up from washing dishes at Mirabella's Seafood Restaurant to head chef by 1984. Nineteen years at the Tampa Airport Marriott and further training at Johnson & Wales sharpened the craft. As a proud Moffitt Cancer Center–approved vendor, I've built this business on one promise: high-quality, heartfelt food, served warm and on time — whether it's a wedding, a tailgate, or a church gathering.

Meet Chef Brown & Latoya Brown

In 2009, Chef Brown launched Brown's Catering alongside his wife and co-owner, LaToya Brown. Together they've served weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and community gatherings across Tampa Bay — his craft in the kitchen, her hand guiding the business. Twenty-five years in, their promise hasn't changed: every dish, on time, made with care.
